At Gusto, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with the snacks you have received. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a refund, please send an email to info@trulygusto.com, specifying the order number, reasons for requesting a refund and pictures of the faulty products. Once the refund is approved, we’ll arrange the refund within 14 working days.

- No order cancellation allowed once order has been placed and processed.
- Only defective and/or incorrect products are allowed for refund.
